It’s time to expect more.

Arizona has tremendous potential to become a state known for high-quality education. We can achieve this vision if we make education – early years through career – our top priority. Everyone has an important role to play. By increasing awareness, holding high expectations, voting, or advocating on behalf of education, every individual can take action today to make Arizona’s future bright. But we can’t do it without you.

The numbers spell it out – education in Arizona will become world-class
only with some world-class effort from all of us:

68% of all jobs in Arizona will require postsecondary education or training by 2020.

37% of Arizona’s adults (ages 25-64) have an associate’s degree or greater.

59% of Arizona 3rd graders are not proficient in English language arts (reading & writing).

“There has never been a more important time for parents, teachers, and community members to work together to create a high level of education that ensures our children will be highly prepared for the college and career of their future.”
