Through mass media, social media and grassroots outreach, Expect More Arizona’s ongoing family engagement campaign asks parents to be more engaged in their child’s education and provides them with valuable tools and resources. Student Engagement (College & Career Success)

In partnership with Arizona GEAR UP and Northern Arizona University, this initiative engages parents and students in creating a postsecondary going culture in communities throughout Arizona, with a focus on low-income and rural communities. Arizona Public Engagement Task Force

In January of 2012, Expect More Arizona together with over two dozen other education and business partners launched the Arizona Public Engagement Task Force with the goal of creating a more unified voice across statewide leaders on key education issues facing the public. The Task Force is currently taking the lead on creating a statewide communications plan and resource toolkit for Arizona’s Common Core Standards. To learn more about who’s involved, click here.

Expect More Arizona’s Vote 4 Education campaign launches in July 2012. The campaign’s goal is to make a world-class education for every Arizona student the top issue for voters and to hold elected leaders accountable to making education a priority. The Expect More Excellence Tour spotlights what Arizonans are doing today to make progress toward world-class education, and celebrates the kind of excellence we expect and believe must be available to all students.
